Limited Lifetime Warranty
If this product fails within the lifetime of the original purchaser, it will be repaired or replaced free. This cookware is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Return defective piece and it will either be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent product and returned to you within 30 days. Handles and knobs are excluded from this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations to this product. Warranty is void and the product will be returned to you at your expense if it shows mistreatment in any form. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so this exclusion may apply to you. |
If a product listed in this catalog is defective, it can be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. Also, if upon inspection, you are not satisfied with the cookware in any way, you may return it for a full refund, if it is in the original package, and it has not been used.
